At the Coach and Horses Inn, Trumpington, on MONDAY, March 17, 1845, at Six o’clock in the evening, in one or two lots, as may be agreed upon at the time of sale, subject to such conditions as will then be produced:

The following very compact ESTATE, comprising a Brick-and-Slate DWELLING-HOUSE, containing two keeping-rooms, shop, and four bed-rooms, kitchen and bake-office, with garden, having a frontage next the road of 60 feet, and adjoining the residence of the late Mr. Cuming, with a pump of excellent water and range of buildings at bottom of garden, used as stable, coal-house, and cart-shed, as now in the occupation of Mr. Bebee, baker.

Also, a Farm Yard, double Barn, Stable, and Close of Pasture and allotment of Arable LAND all adjoining, with the Timber and other Trees thereon, as now in the occupation of Mr. Crane, the whole Estate containing 7A. 2R. 23P. more or less.
